Winner of the Polish Office of Consumer and Competition Protection competition for the best master’s thesis in consumer protection and second place in the Wolters Kluwer Polska and Przegląd Prawa Handlowego competition for master’s theses in commercial law.

Bartosz Fert

Extensive experience in IPR litigation and prosecution in the European Union Intellectual Property Office in Alicante and Polish Patent Office in Warsaw.


Participant in research and drafting patent documentation for novel technological solutions.

Łukasz Bogdan

Patent Attorney, electronics engineer.


Specialist in electronics, telecommunications and computer science.


Coordinator of the ‘Basic Training Course in European Patent Law’ conducted by the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) of the University of Strasbourg. A Top 500 Innovators scholar at the Hass School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.


Graduate of the Electronics and Telecommunications at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow. He successfully passed the European Qualifying Examination (pre-exam) before the European Patent Office in Munich.

Marta Harmata

Patent attorney trainee, lawyer


Experience in conducting cases on industrial property, copyright law and unfair competition gained in patent attorney firms.


Specialist in trademark registration and proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office.

Anna Bień



A law student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Ms Bień is currently working on her master thesis on intellectual property law. She has also graduated from German and French Philology at the Faculty of Modern Languages and Literatures of the same university.


As a participant of the Erasmus student exchange programme she had the opportunity to study at universities in Vienna and Potsdam. She gained professional experience in law firms in both Poland and Germany.


Ms Bień works as a translator of German with particular focus on literature. She is also a fluent speaker of English and French.

Karolina Bogusz



Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Student of Chemical Technlology at the Poznań University of Technology.


Member of the European Law Students’ Association ELSA. On behalf of the association she participated in the session of WIPO comitee on the law of patents in Geneva. She was involved in the organization of the projects in the field of intellectual property law – summer law schools, conferences and workshops.
